1 sm pkg. oreo cookies
1/2 butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream




Chocolate Sauce:
2 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cups choc. chips
1 1/2 evaporated milk
1/2 butter
1 1/2 Spanish peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Take out filling and crush oreo cookies, add 1/2 cup melted butter. Pat in 9x13 pan and refrigerate until stiff. Add 1/2 gallon ice cream softened.

Choc. Sauce-Mix ingredients in a pan. Bring to boil. Boil 8 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla.
Be sure the sauce is completely cooled before pouring over the ice cream.
When ice cream is completely set, pour 1 1/2 cups Spanish peanuts over and top with chocolate sauce.

Keep in Freezer
