2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk
3 tbls. oil
1 1/2 cups flour
3 tsps baking powder
2 tsp sugar
dash of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix beaten eggs , milk and oil .
Add flour , baking powder , sugar and salt.
Mix well and ladle onto a hot waffle maker .
Serve with butter and Vermont Maple Syrup .
