1 lb Ziti macaroni
1 stick butter
2 cloves garlic (1 minced and 1 halved)
32 oz spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Swiss cheese
Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Put sauce in saucepan with 1 clove garlic minced and heat thoroughly.
In another pan, brown butter with 1 halved garlic clove, remove garlic after browning.
Cook Ziti for "7 minutes, no more no less"
Grease pan. Layer Ziti, layer Swiss cheese, layer scant bread crumbs1/2 tomato sauce. Repeat layers, then pour browned butter over top andadd scant breadcrumbs on top.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.

I love this because it uses Swiss cheese for an interesting twist. The browned garlic butter adds a nice flavor also. Great with a salad and crusty bread!~
