4 lbs cooked pork, shredded
6 cans tomato sauce
2 tsp cumin
1 tbs red chili powder
2 cloves garlic
3 tbs ground jalapenos
2 tbs flour
Mix the above ingredients altogether.

10 C masa
2 C lard or shortening
7 C chicken broth
2 -3 tbs lemon or lime juice
1-2 tsp jalapeno
Mix these ingredients all together.

Spread large tablespoon masa mix on a corn husk. Add a spoonful of meat mix. Fold and close husk. Repeat until mixtures are used. Steam until masa is done.
