1 egg beaten 2 Tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. sifted flour
Combine all ingredients. Knead 5 to 6 times. Roll as thin as possible and place between towels until partially dry, looks like camel skin. Roll up like a jelly roll, cut into slender strips, shake out and let dry. Place in boiling broth and cook till tender.
