1 8 0z package small elbow macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 14 oz. cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. ground red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions, rinse in cold water, drain and set aside. Cook beef and onion in large skillet over medium high heat until beef crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well and return beef mixture to skillet.

Stir in tomatoes and next three ingredients and cook until heated through. Stir in cooked macaroni, sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
