2-3 stalks Celery, chopped
1/2 med Onion, chopped
1 1/2 - 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 C finely crushed Regular Potato Chips
4 C Leftover Turkey chunks, bite size
2/3 C Hellmann's Light Mayonnaise (just enough to moisten the turkey)

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix turkey, celery, onion and mayonnaise in bowl. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Top with cheese. Top with potato chips. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese has browned.

You can use corn flakes in place of the potato chips, but it's not as good. This recipe came from Virginia Donskey.
