¾ cup water
¼ cup oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup cornmeal
¾ cup oats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Blend water, oil, egg and vanilla together. Add peanut butter. Whisk dry ingredients together; mix into wet mixture to form a ball of dough. On a lightly floured surface, using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll dough to a rectangle 1/8-inch thick.
Cut biscuits with a cookie cutter, and transfer each biscuit to an ungreased cookie sheet, leaving 1/4-inch space between each. Bake 20 minutes or until just turning golden brown. Cool to harden. Store in airtight container.
