1 6 oz. package long-grain & wild rice mix
1 c. Craisins
1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
3 celery ribs, thinly sliced
1 2 oz jar diced pimento, drained
1/2 c. sweet & sour ddressing
1 c. dry roasted peanuts

Prepare rice according to package directions and set aside to cool. Combine rice, Craisins, and next four ingredients. Add dressing and stir gently. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Stir in peanuts just before serving.
