3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips.
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup half and half
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated cheese (swiss or cheddar)
1 sliced red pepper
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced onion

Melt 2 Tbsp butter. Add flour then stir to combine.
Slowly add chicken broth. Stir and heat over medium heat. Boil for a few minutes.
Add half and half then bring to a boil. Stir in salt, pepper, and Worcestershre sauce. Add cheese. Set aside.

Saute chicken strips in butter until golden brown. Reduce heat and cook for about 7 minutes or until chicken is done. Add pepper and onion strips to chicken and cook for a few minutes more.
Arrange chicken and peppers on serving plate and pour sauce over. Serve with rice or pasta.
