4 Tblsp soy sauce
2 Tblsp oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tblsp chili powder
2 whole pork tenderloins or pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in zip lock bag. Rub meat with garlic, brown sugar, pepper, and chili powder. Add to bag and refrigerate 2-3 hours or more. Discard marinade and cook on grill for 20 - 30 minutes or bake 1 hour in oven at 350º.
