1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkg White Chocolate Instant Pudding mix
4 egg whites( can use entire egg)
1 C water
2 T vegetable oil
Butter cream Frosting.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Line cup cake pans. In a mixer bowl combine all ingredients except frosting on low speed until moistened. Increase to medium speed and mix for 2 minutes. Spoon batter into cups, 2/3 full. Bake 21 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Frost when cool.
1 stick butter, 3-4 C confectioners sugar,1/4 C milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Cream butter and 3 C of sugar on low with electric mixer. add milk and vanilla. If needed add more sugar until of spreading consistency and frost cool cupcakes.
