4 chicken breasts, cooked and removed from bone
16 oz. of yellow rice, cooked according to package directions
1 small jar of diced pimentos
1 medium onion, diced
1 large can of mexicorn
16 oz. of sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken soup
Shredded Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all above ingredients and top with shredded cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for approx. 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
