Orange Almond Salad Recipe

1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 T. sugar (can use less)
2 T. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. almond extract
6 c. mixed greens
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, well drained
1 c. sliced celery
6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted

Combine dressing ingredients and chill
Combine greens, celery and oranges.
Just before serving add bacon and almonds. Pour dressing over all and toss.
