Ingredients:  
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup yellow corn meal
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black powder
1 egg
3/4 cup butternut squash
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup whole kernal corn
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. pour into a muffin tin 2/3 third full. Bake till golden brown. In preparing the squash, ( Peel and boil so you can mash it.)
Bake in moderate oven for 12-15 minutes.
