3 medium granny apples, peeled, cored, and diced
1 cup sugar(1/2 cup white and 1/2 cup brown)
1/2 cup canola oil
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup whole milk
1 large egg

Mix all ingredients together and place in muffin tins that have been prepared with Pam cooking spray©,fill the cups 2/3 third full. bake at 400º till brown
