2 pounds frozen hashbrowns (shredded) or cubed potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, onion, salt, pepper, soup and sour cream and pour over potatoes. Then cover with 2 cups shredded cheese and 2 cups corn flake crumbs. Melt 1/4 cup butter and pour cornflakes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour ( a little longer if using cubed potatoes)
