Heath Bar Cheesecake Recipe

1 3/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 c. butter

3-8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 (1/2 oz.) heath bars crushed

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients for crust press into bottom and 1/2" up side of 9" spring form pan. Refrigerate. In large bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar at medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well each time. Beat sour cream and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Spoon 1/2 of filling into pan, sprinkle with 1/2 of heath bars then cover with remaining filling. Bake 1 hour. Cool completely. Sprinkle remaining with remaining candy bars.
