Saute onion in butter. Beat eggs. Add milk & corn. Mix well. Add muffin mix. Grease 9"x13" baking pan. Spread mix. Spoon onion over top. Layer sour cream then cheese. Stir marginally. Bake 35 min @425º. Let stand 10 min.
