2 large onions, chopped
6T. butter
2 eggs
2T. milk
2 17oz. cans cream style corn
1 1lb. pkg corn meal muffin mix
1c. sour cream
2c. shredded mild cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Beat eggs. Add milk & corn. Mix well. Add muffin mix. Grease 9"x13" baking pan. Spread mix. Spoon onion over top. Layer sour cream then cheese. Stir marginally. Bake 35 min @425. Let stand 10 min.
