1 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt thoroughly. With pastry blender, cut in shortening until evenly distributed. Keep mix tightly closed and store up to 3 months in the refrigerator.
For 1 crust pie - use 1 1/4 c. mix, 2-3 tbsp. ice
water
For 2 crust pie - use 2 1/2 c. mix, 4-6 tbsp. ice
water
