1 1/2 lb. hamburger
3 slices bread, torn into sm. pcs
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 sm onion,chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 t salt
1/2 dry mustard
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. rubbed sage
1/8 t garlic powder
instant potatoes
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger with bread, egg, milk, onion and all spices. Spread mixture in an ungreased pie plate 9x1 1/4". Bake at 350 40-50 minutes; drain.
Prepare potatoes according to directions on package for 4 servings Spread hot potatoes evenly over beef mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 c. cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 2-4 minutes.
