1 1/2 cups hot water
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream

Directions:

Mix hot water, butter and stuffing mix, set aside.
Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook on medium heat 5 minutes on each side.
Mix soup and sour cream, pour over chicken. Top with the prepared stuffing. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Use your oven...preheat oven to 375. Prepare stuffing as directed. Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken. Top with the prepared stuffing. Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
