Marinade of your choice

chop pointy end piece off wings and slice the skin pocket between the two pieces - don't cut the bone all the way through.

Marinate the wings for overnight in the marinade of your choice.

Mahee uses teriyaki sauce - first seasoning the wings with garlic powder, salt, pepper and fresh minced parsley.

Lay wings in shallow baking pan and bake at 350º for about 40 minutes. Check them a couple times.

Then either broil on both side or put on grill to crisp them up a bit.
