1 c. butter, melted
2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
2/3 t. salt
1 t. vanilla
2 c. quick oatmeal
1 c. salted peanuts, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; pour over brown sugar, stirring well. Add beaten eggs; mix well. Stir in flour which has been mixed with baking powder, soda, and salt. Add vanilla; stir in. Add oatmeal and peanuts; mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet; bake at 350 for 10 - 12 minutes.
