3-4 lb chicken
6 Tbsp of combination of chili powder, cayenne, taco seasoning
1 regular size beer can
Oven proof pan (to catch drippings)

Directions:
Oven 400 or bbq. Rub chicken inside and out with spice mix. Reserve 2 tbsp for beer can. Open beer can and empty can except for 1/4 of the can. Punch several holes in the top to allow steam to escape. Add spice rub to beer can. Arrange chicken on beer can and use its legs as a tripod. Cook for 1/2 hour reduce heat to 350. Cook for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Check every half hour and rotate chicken a half circle to ensure browning. Can use leftover liquid from dish and can and thicken slightly for sauce if you wish.
