COOK CHICKEN TILL DONE , PUT WATER OVER
CHICKEN IN BIG POT.
MIX FLOUR WITH SALT AND PEPPER
YOU'LL HAVE TO DO 1/8 CUP SALT
AND PEPPER TO LIKING
ADD CHICKEN BROTH FROM CAN LITTLE AT A TIME[1 CUP @ A TIME]
TILL YOU GET A NICE DOUGH
SPREAD FLOUR ON TABLE OR COUNTER
ROLL DOUGH OUT SPRINKLE WITH FLOUR
AS YOU ROLL . THIS HELPS FROM STICKING TO ROLLER. ROLL TILL THIN.
TAKE KNIFE AND SLICE ONE WAY THEN GO THE OTHER WAY MAKING 2 INCH STRIPS.
AFTER CHICKENS DONE TAKE OUT AND PUT
ON PLATE. HAVE YOUR BROTH BOILING, DROP
DUMPLINGS INTO BROTH ONE @ A TIME. COOK 30 TO 45 MIN. STIR WHILE COOKING
MIGHT TASTE TO SEE IF NEEDING SALT. AFTER DONE GO TO CHICKEN AND PULL ALL GOOD CHICKEN OFF BONES ADD TO DUMPLINGS. ENJOY
