1 teaspoon of clear honey
1 cup of freshly brewed, strong coffee
A dash of Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Whipped cream
Grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Place the honey in the cup of coffee, stir well and allow to chill overnight. Add the bitters. Now place 3 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker, add the chilled coffee mixture and shake well. Strain into a highball glass and float whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with a pinch of grated nutmeg and serve.
