3 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 12 oz. jars mild salsa
2 8 oz. pkg. corn muffin mix
1 1/2 c. cojak cheese
2 green peppers, chopped
2 11 oz, cans cheese soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown ground beef, peppers and onions, drain. Stir in soup, salsa and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Prepare muffin mix. Spread 1/2 of batter into a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Spoon on meat mixture over muffin layer, spread the remaining muffin mixture. Bake for 30 t0 35 minutes till golden brown. Top with cheese and garnish with tomatoes.
