1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 onion, sliced thinly
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. uncooked instant rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, egg, chili powder, salt and pepper. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Place in 2 qt. casserole. Microwave at high until set, about 4-7 minutes. At half cooking time, turn. Stir in other ingredients, cover. Microwave high until mixture is bubbly and onions are tender, about 4 to 7 minutes. Stir about half through cooking time. Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes for rice to tender.
