4 Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (or 6 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless)
1 Cup rice; uncooked
1/2 Cup water
2 Cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 Cup sherry
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Add uncooked rice and water into pan. Lay the chicken pieces over the rice. Mix soup, sherry, sour cream and seasoning in a separate bowl. Pour soup mixture over the chicken and rice. Cover with foil. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for 10 minutes more.
