6 quart bowl with a lid 1 pkg rapid rise yeast 1 cup warm water 1 tbsp sugar 1 c self rising flour let rise for 30 minutes covered add 2 cups warm water, 2 eggs beaten, 1 stick melted parkay margarine, 1/2 cup sugar , 6 cups flour, mix 1 cup of flour at a time, cover and refrigerate over night. Roll our onto a floured surface, about a cup of flour, cut into rolls and place in a buttered cookie sheet, let rise for about 1 1/2 hours in a warm place. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes. Butter the tops of the rolls when you take them out of the oven.
