12 cups assorted greens
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
4 pears, cored and sliced or chunked
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds or pecans)

Dressing:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup seedless blackberry preserves
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk vinegar, Dijon, preserves, garlic, salt and pepper in bowl until well mixed. Add olive oil in fine stream, whisking until blended.
Pour over greens, blue cheese, pears and nuts which you have placed in a large bowl or platter.
