2 lbs chicken fillets
3 eggs and 3 tbs milk
2-3 C breadcrumbs
1/3 C Parmesan cheese
1/2 C fresh lemon juice
2 tbs chicken bullion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs and cheese together. Dip fillets into egg mixture then into bread crumbs and brown in skillet on med high until lightly browned. Transfer to a baking dish.
Put juice in a 4 cup measuring cup and add enough water to fill. Add bullion and dissolve. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with any remaining breadcrumbs. Cover loosely and bake @300º for 45 minutes to an hour.
