1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c oil
1 c water
small instant lemon pudding mix
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp lemon oil - optional

7 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/3 c powdered sugar

Mix cake ingredients for 5 minutes. Don't skimp. I like to bake this in a bundt pan so it's pretty.
Bake at 350 x40 minutes or until done.

Serve with awesome lemon glaze and garnish with fresh strawberries or other seasonal berries.

You can use a lemon cake mix instead of yellow. I don't think those existed when this recipe was developed.

Warning! The lemon glaze is so tasty you'll want to put it on everything.
