4 lbs. Lean ground beef
2 jars meat sauce
celery, onions, bell pepper and garlic( chopped fine or minced fresh)
½ cup milk
3 eggs
2 tsp soy sauce
½ cup Italian bread crumbs
1 pk wheat linguine or thin spaghetti
3 TSR. olive oil and 2 tsp salt
Creole seasoning salt to taste
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:

1.Place water in 4 quart pot and set to boil. At boil, add olive oil and salt. Cook as directed on the package.
2.Mix ground beef, soy sauce, seasoning, eggs , milk, bread crumbs and season salt in bowl. Make meatballs, size to your taste.
3.Place meatballs on a baking pan in the oven and cook until done.
4.Warm sauce in 2 quart pot and add garlic etc to taste.
5.Add the meatballs when cooked and simmer on low heat.
6.Serve meatballs over pasta with Parmesan cheese and French bread.

For cheesy meatballs, add mozzarella cheese to meatball mixture!
