3 lbs pork ribs or chunks
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 20 oz can pineapple chunks (drained, reserved)
2 green or red peppers, stripped
1 small onion cut into strips
2 tbs cornstarch
1/3 C soy sauce
1/2 C sugar
1/4 C vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cover pork with cold water bring to a boil, simmer 10 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water, place in roasting pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake @450º for 15 minutes or until browned. Pour off fat. Add pineapple, peppers and onions. Bake 10 minutes longer. Combine remaining ingredients and juice from pineapple to make 2 cups of liquid (add water or more juice). Cook until clear and thick stirring constantly. Pour over pork and bake 15 minutes longer.
