1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. diced American cheese
salt and pepper to taste
4 c. cauliflower

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. In a large skillet, melt the butter. Blend the flour into the milk and add the mixture to the butter. Cook over low heat till slightly thickened. Add the cheese and cook until the mixture is well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Place the cauliflower in a greased baking dish and cover with the cheese mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
