6 Lage Apples
2 tsp. Cinnamon
5 tablespoons Sugar
3 cups unsifted flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
3 tsps. baking powder
1/2 cup orangge juice
Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples.
Mix cinnamon and sugar.

Combine all ingredients, in order and beat smooth batter.
Pour 1/2 batter in greased (tube pan), 1/2 apples over batter, sprinkle with 1/2 cinnamon and sugar. Then pour remaining batter, apples and remaning cinnamon and sugar.

Bake @ 350 for 1.5 hrs
