1 - 14oz can drained/chopped artichoke hearts
1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped frozen spinach, thawed, drained
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup light mayo
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients; spoon into 9 inch quiche dish or pie plate. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with triscuts or crackers and assorted vegetables.
