3-4 chicken breasts or tenderloins cut up
pineapple chunks
red or green pepper strips
8 oz Russian Salad Dressing
12 oz jar apricot preserves
1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Heat preserves and add dressing and soup mix. Mix well. Place chicken pieces, pineapple and peppers in baking dish and pour sauce all over. Bake @350 for 30-35 minutes. Serve with rice.

Trisha Tolbert's recipe. I took the liberty to add the pineapple and peppers. Fresh pineapple is particularly good.
