1 C Butter
1/2 C Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
2 tsp Vanilla
3 C Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
dash of Salt

Directions:
Beat butter and sugar together until creamy. Add beaten egg and vanilla. Mix well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to cream mixture. Roll out dough and use cut-outs. Bake at 350º F for approx. 10 minutes
