1 C soy sauce 1 C sugar 2-3 cloves garlic minced 1/2 in grated ginger root
Combine ingredients for marinade and boil. Boil chicken pieces in marinade for 10 minutes then transfer to a baking sheet and bake @450º for another 10-15 minutes or grill for a few minutes on both sides. Do not overcook.
