6 slices cubed bread
1 lb. sausage, cooked
1 4-oz can mushrooms, drained
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon pepper
9 eggs
1/4 Cup dry sherry
1 3/4 Cups milk
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
At least 6 hours, or the night before, layer bread in a greased 9X13 pan. Top with sausage and mushrooms. In a mixing bowl, combine soup, pepper, eggs, sherry and milk. Mix well. Pour over bread, sausage and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese. After waiting at least 6 hours, bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350.
