1/2 c Oil
1/4 c Red Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce (Tabasco)

2 c Black Beans (canned), Rinsed & Washed
2 c Green Giant Fiesta (Mexican) Corn
1/2 c Green Onion, Chopped
1 Large Tomato, Chopped
1 Large Avocado, Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients and set aside.
Mix the remaining ingredients.
Pour oil mixture over bean mixture.
Marinade 3-6 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips (& Margaritas?).
