2 tbsp low fat milk
1 egg
3 tbsp fat free plain yogurt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp paprika
cooking spray
1 1/3 lbs of fresh pickerel
4 tsp butter or margarine
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475. Whisk milk, egg, yogurt, onion and garlic powders and salt. Pour into deep dish/plate. Combine bread crumbs and paprika and spread onto plate. Spray cooking sheet with spray. Dip fish pieces into egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs. Put onto baking sheet and drizzle with melted butter. Bake about 10 minutes or until fish flakes. Serve with lemon wedges.
