3 tbsp butter, 1/3 c brown sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 c flour, 24 soft caramels, 1 tbs low fat milk, 1/4 chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
line 8 inch square pan with foil that extends over edge 2 inches. spray foil with cooking spray. on low speed mix 1st 3 ingredients well. Add flour until mix is crumbly, and press mix into bottom of pan. Bake for 15 mins until crust is brown on edges. Meanwhile caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl and cook on high for 2 mins stir half way. pour topping over hot crust with a1/4 inch border along the edge. Bake about 12 mins longer. Cool completely before cutting into 16 squares, use the 2 inch overhang to remove from the baking pan.
