Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
½ stick butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into flour batter. Cook in skillet in ½ stick melted butter, scramble up. Serve w/sugar.
