1/4 c aporcot or peach jam, 2tbs balsamic vinegar, 1tbs soy sauce, 1/2 tsp chili flakes, 1 clove garlic, 1tbsp cornstarch, 1 pork tenderloin, 1/2 head broccoli, 1/4 pineapple or 2 peaches, 1tbs vegetable oil, 1/2 c snow peas or snap peas, 1 onion sliced thin

mix first 6 ingredients, and slice pork thin strips. Heat oil over med heat, cook pork approx. 3 mins add rest of the ingredients and stir constantly until sauce thickens, and pork cooked through. Serve over Rice.
