Ingredients:  
1/2 lb. milk chocolate
1 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped walnut meats

Directions:
Directions:
Chop chocolate. Melt butter in large skillet. Add sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. May separate at first but after about 8 minutes mixture will be smooth. Add nut meats; pour into greased 8 x 8 pan. Sprinkle immediately with chocolate, spread until smooth. Cool break into small pieces.
