1 pie crust
1 lb. sausage, browned, drained, crumbled
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. salsa
10-12 eggs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c grated jack cheese
1/4 c. chopped green chilies
1/4 c. olives, drained & sliced
1/2 c. milk

Lightly grease 9x13 pan. Line the bottom of the pan with the pie crust. In a large skillet, brown the sausage & onions. Drain off excess fat. Pour the sausage mixture into pan on top of pie crust. Pour salsa over this. In another bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add milk & beat again. Stir in cheese, chilies & olives, mixing well. Pour mixture over the sausage. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until center is set.
